[GNC] CSV import sets some lines as "do not import"

Hi,  I checked, and I'm pretty sure that I didn't post this already.   I
worked on a conversion program, from various stockbrokers downloads to
CSV for import.  This import is from Morgan Stanley.  The problem is
that all of my stock purchases (usually dividend reinvestments) show as
"do not import") and I have to select them manually to import them.

The selected account for import is the asset account for cash in the
investment account. So divided income is a debit there, and a credit to
a corresponding income account.

Then, for the reinvestment, there is a credit to the asset account and a
share debit (1.1327 in this case) to the individual asset account for
that security.

Here's a snippet of two lines for one dividend payment, fol.owed by the
reinvestment:

Date,Description,Commodity,Number,Full Account Name,Amount,Value,Price,Reconcile,Transfer Account
11/01/2024,INVESCO ROCHESTER NY MUNI Y DIV PAYMENT,CURRENCY::USD,Tax Exempt Dividend,400-Income:DividendIncome:RMUYX,20.15,20.15,,n,100-Assets:Investments:Morgan Stanley Consulting Group Advisor
11/01/2024,INVESCO ROCHESTER NY MUNI Y REINVESTMENT AS OF DATE: 10/31/2024,CURRENCY::USD,Dividend Reinvestment,100-Assets:Investments:Morgan Stanley Consulting GroupAdvisor:MUTUAL FUNDS:RMUYX,1.327,-20.15,15.19,n,100-Assets:Investments:Morgan Stanley Consulting Group Advisor

When I look at "Match Transactions" as part of the CSV import, the
second line (the reinvestment) is red and marked do not import. If I
check the A box, it imports just fine.

I'd like to figure out what's wrong with the CSV that causes it to be
"do not import" when the asset account debit is pre-checked.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Ed Greenberg
