[GNC] How to setup a Scheduled Transaction for full current Credit Card Balance?

This was discussed on this mailing list within the past couple of
months, and if I am not mistaken the answer is No.

What I do, and you can do, is set up the template Scheduled Transaction
all fields except the amounts. (Or enter placeholder amounts such as
$0.01.) On the Overview pane, be sure to tick "Notify me when created".
Then when the transaction pops up, you can enter the actual amount of
the debit to your credit card and credit to your checking account.

(It's also possible to make the entry just once, by using variables, but
that's one more thing to learn.)
