[GNC] How to setup a Scheduled Transaction for full current Credit Card Balance?

Hi Richard,
The basic issue is that unless all other transactions have been entered
in the credit card register (through the closing date) and the payment
register (well beyond the payment date), you shouldn't just be looking
at the registers - think scheduled transactions that have yet to be
entered.
