[GNC] Recover my QIF MEMOs

Swap the order of import in that case... import QIF files first, and then OFX file.

My curiosity is getting better of me: are you downloading two different for same set of transactions from same financial institution? If yes, then why?

The Generic Transaction Import Matcher Window doesn't appear for me in a QIF import, only in an OFX import, so I don't have the Append Checkbox.
