[GNC] Recover my QIF MEMOs

Yeah, for simple reasons.

I use GnuCash PC for personal finance management and LONG LIVE BTC!

My data entry procedures in GnuCash PC basically consist of importing a QIF
file from the GnuCash Android App where I record all my financial
activities, then importing OFX files from financial institutions.

The OFX files are more accurate in terms of values and activity than my
records in the App, but they don't provide clear transaction descriptions
and splits like my records in the App, so I have to merge them.
