[GNC] Error 404 when installing F::Q 1.68 via GNC or CPAN shell, as of release +1 hour

You are correct, wait a bit. I was getting the same immediately after I 
received the message from CPAN indicating the bundle was successfully 
indexed. But it wasn't until about 30-45 minutes later that I was able 
to successfully install it. Blame it on CPAN weirdness. I was seeing the 
404 error while attempting a simple "wget", even though the new release 
was showing up in the listing of my files at 
https://www.cpan.org/authors/id/B/BP/BPSCHUCK/.
