[GNC] Error 404 when installing F::Q 1.68 via GNC or CPAN shell, as of release +1 hour

I note that the 5.14 release announcement says: "The Finance::Quote module
is no longer working and will be removed in the next release." what does
that bode for those who still want to use F::Q ??
