[GNC] Error 404 when installing F::Q 1.68 via GNC or CPAN shell, as of release +1 hour

The entire line is:

"Removed China Merchants Bank from quote sources. The Finance::Quote 
module is no longer working and will be removed in the next release."

Referring to the CMBChina.pm (method "cmbchina") module, not the 
entirety of Finance::Quote. By "next release", the release notes were 
referring to the next release of F::Q (1.68), which by coincidence was 
also earlier today.

I hope this clears up any confusion.
