You are correct, wait a bit. I was getting the same immediately after I received the message from CPAN indicating the bundle was successfully indexed. But it wasn't until about 30-45 minutes later that I was able to successfully install it. Blame it on CPAN weirdness. I was seeing the
404 error while attempting a simple "wget", even though the new release was showing up in the listing of my files at https://www.cpan.org/authors/id/B/BP/BPSCHUCK/.
