[GNC] Version 5.14 unable to open

Hi all

I have updated to ver 5.14 and it appeared to be all smooth sailing as has previous updates except this issue

The created desktop shortcut does not work
  *
I get his screen message [cid:6619e16a-e4a7-4cf1-8172-e966489cdc08]

And then this screen shot when I hit ok [cid:56c4be23-a751-42e5-b665-0b4ce07eca9e]

I have  downloaded and reinstalled the program twice with the same issue

Before I did so the second time I deleted the created desktop shortcut in case that was an issue...made no difference
  *
I have then tried going to each of these application files in the program file and created a shortcut on each of these and or simply open
  *
[cid:697a1c65-226b-43f0-a149-e1fbb40c7355]
  *
Nothing works and I don't know what to do
  *
I have used gnucash for many years and updated each time very easily
  *
Now I don't know what to as its an important part of my financial record keeping

Can anyone help please? (I am in Australia)
