>Nancy -- this has been a documented issue for some windows users. It has to do with the left over folder contained in the program files(x86) folder. After you uninstall GNUcash - I believe all you need to do it remove the Gnucash folder that is located in the program files(x86) folder. By removing the folder and then re-installing the program, it will work seamlessly.
