[GNC] New Finance::Quote Currency Source

Merry Christmas Eve!

I have added a new currency source to Finance::Quote, using the API from 
https://twelvedata.com/. According to the pricing page, their free 
account allows 800 API queries per day.

You can register for an account and API token at 
https://twelvedata.com/register.

The module is not in the latest production release of F::Q (v1.68), but 
for those interested in trying it, install 
"BPSCHUCK/Finance-Quote-1.68_01.tar.gz" via cpan or cpanm. Once v1.68_01 
is installed, be sure the FQ_CURRENCY environment variable is set before 
launching GnuCash, as well as TWELVEDATA_API_KEY.

     export FQ_CURRENCY=TwelveData
     export TWELVEDATA_API_KEY=<your api key here>
