[GNC] Installing GnuCash Updates.

Hello, All,

I've been using GnuCash for about 13 years. Love it. I always take the 
updated versions as they come along.

With the two most recent updates, 5.13 and 5.14, the installation seems 
to have worked, but when I go to open the app, I get the following 
message and can go no further.

Both times I have re-installed 5.12 and all working fine.

Any advice on what's wrong?
