Hello David,
You are right. There is no major benefit of migrating from QIF to OFX in my
case. I just had the feeling that QIF is too much outdated and, as I'm
creating a script, once done, there is no extra cost. I'll stick with QIF.

I do have some examples of OFX from my bank. I was looking for one for
FUND/BOND which includes prices and taxes. These examples are generic or
related to account balances (as the one I already have from my bank).

I still wonder whether Gnucash can handle that type of OFX...
