[GNC] Gnucash download insufficient permissions

I replied on 12/24 with very detailed instructions on how to directly
download GnuCash.
I'm not sure what it is you are doing, or seeing. (screenshots, as
attachments - not in-line, would be helpful)
Show us the exact error or warning messages.
Unblocking a downloaded file will *not* (as far as I'm aware) produce
some other file, or rename your download. It will simply no longer
prevent you from executing the installer *if Windows is blocking it*.
Since you now mention Avast, others on the list have reported that this
Anti-Virus is throwing false-positive threat identifications and at
least in some cases, is quarantining the download. You'll need to figure
out how to tell Avast the download is safe and otherwise remove it from
quarantine. Then click to install.
Again, screenshots will help us figure out exactly what you are dealing
with and then we can provide better suggestions.
