Yes, Liz. I saw that as well, and that is the problem. Apple changed something in the Sequoia release of MacOS that breaks the old Gnucash versions. Our wonderful developers quickly fixed it. It is necessary to run the latest version of Gnucash if one is running Sequoia.

Will the OP, Heidi, stated the use of V4.9, and that is what I see in
the screenshot.
