[GNC] URGENT help needed

I get this message too and so far if i click open anyway, i am so far so 
good.  BUT is there a better way to shut down the gnucash so that it is 
saved to a file i have on record with GNU Cash?  It pays to read that 
other people have the same problem that you do!!!!  b³
