[GNC] QFX import leaves out some transactions

Evidently the entire import of data failed to update the account, not just
these tax payments.  Oddly enough, however, all of the category assignments
I made in the first attempt to import the data were in place.  It's totally
mystifying to me how the import could have failed silently halfway
through.  But all seems okay now.
