[GNC] QFX import leaves out some transactions

On occasion I have noticed this also. When I roll back to the prior
save point and retry the import, then, and only then, do I notice that
those lines are not checked for import. Somehow the import thinks it
has already seen this transaction and automatically unchecks it. I can
force it to come in by checking that first box on that line.

In your QFX file, find the <FITID> for one of missing transactions, and then search the QFX file to see if that number appears anywhere else. If a duplicate FITID exists, gnucash will honor the first transaction and ignore subsequent occurrences.
