[GNC] Keyboard shortcut for "New Bill" (Business > Vendor > New Bill)

Murugan,
Thank you very much! I did not know any of that, nor that shortcuts are
called "accelerators" in GnuCash. Learn something every day. I added
that into the file, closed GnuCash, reopened it, and the shortcut works!
I'm a happy camper, thanks to you!
Oh, I did find that, contra the info at
https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Keyboard_Shortcuts#Accelerators, on my Mac
running OS 14.7.2 Sonoma,
it was not
~/Library/Application Settings/Gnucash/accelerator-map
where the file was, but rather
~/Library/Application Support/Gnucash/accelerator-map
