[GNC] Simple report(s) wanted

I realize what literally was asked about was "bank balance". But that 
was most likely because that particular org had no other current assets, 
usually no changes to fixed assets, and no liabilities. But in general, 
the BoD of an org needs to see changes to the Balance Sheet, so one 
"before period" and one "end of period". ONLY THE FIRST TIME need to run 
two, because from then on each "end" becomes the subsequent "beginning".

Note that this is another good reason to export raw reports and finish 
outside of gnucash. An org might normally have no liabilities, no 
changes to fixed assets, etc. and ONLY the bank account balance. So MOST 
of the time show the BoD just that and say no changes otherwise. Then, 
in the event some period DOES have other Balance Sheet changes, include 
those.
