[GNC] Simple report(s) wanted

I'm getting used to GnuCash and playing around with reports too. I just
looked at the Transaction Report and under the display tab I don't see
the option to tick "Account Balance" as you suggest. I'm running V5.1 on
Windows but surely the report options should be the same across all
platforms?
