[GNC] Retrieving quotes is broken since 6/30

If you look at the thread at 
https://github.com/finance-quote/finance-quote/issues/505, I said no 
such thing. I was explaining, or at least trying to, that if a simple 
Perl script like the example supplied with F::Q works, the issue is not 
with F::Q.
