[GNC] Repackaged GnuCash 5.12 for macOS

For curiosity's sake, what are the 'context' menus?

I have an Apple Studio display (retina) and an LG Ultra monitor (retina or non-retina?). Gnucash windows look the same on both, just a little bigger on the LG because it has larger pixels.
