[GNC] Repackaged GnuCash 5.12 for macOS

"Context" menus are what you get when right-clicking on something, commonly a
text entry area and the context menu contains Copy, Cut, Paste, etc. --
this assumes a 2 or 3 button mouse -- with a one button mouse (does Apple still
ship Macs with one button mice?), I think that one uses the command key to get
the context menu.
