Null the tree model's root in gnc_tree_model_account_dispose

Steve, please try this patch. It makes sure that the model gets disposed and
nulled when the treeview is destroyed *and* nulls the model's root account
pointer. That should keep libcanberra's stale reference to the tree from
trying
to traverse the freed account tree.
