[GNC] Import no longer auto-matches

You may want to change it like 3 or so. 

There are good chances that banks take up to 3 days to clear transactions so your bank posted dates will be off compared to when you enter them in the register.

The "Unlikely match day threshold" of 1 may be the issue.
