[GNC] Art Exhibition Sales Commission

My organisation has held an art exhibition. During which we sold pieces of
art on behalf of exhibitors.
We take a commission and forward the balance to the exhibitor/s.
I am aware that the commission itself is income. With the sales price - Do
I enter it as income and when I pay the exhibitor/s, class the net payment
as an expense?
