[GNC] gnc-fq-update

We did rewrite parts of the Finance::Quote integration for gnucash v5 indeed. In that 
rewrite several helper scripts became obsolete and have been removed.

gnc-fq-update however was not removed and still is part of the current gnucash 
installation.

I have just tested and indeed the Fedora 41 gnucash rpm package does not contain gnc-
fq-update.

I don't know why Fedora chose not to ship this file. It's best you ask about this on a Fedora 
forum or via Fedora's bug tracker.
