Hi Eric/GNUCash users,
Some basics:
Which operating system are you using?
What version of GNUCash are you using?
https://gnucash.org/download.phtml - 5.11 is the current version, but it
may not work well if you are using an older, unsupported operating
system
What version of SQLite is on your system? It looks like 3.49.2 is the
current version - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SQLite
