This may be an aside to Dragos' specific issue. I loaded GnuCash Pocket
on my android phone (Samsung A56) today and exported my account tree in
CSV format from my desktop (Linux Mint 22.1 GnuCash 5.11) and attempted
to load the account tree into GnuCash Pocket. It hits an error loading
the account tree and exits from the account tree load without creating
any accounts at the moment. The csv file loads back into GnuCash on the
desktop without any problem and loads up into LibreOffice Calc with no
problems and looks fine in a text editor.

It would seem that there may be general problems in handling CSV I/O in
GnuCash Pocket at the moment. My account tree is fairly complex so I
may try creating a basic account tree, exporting that and seeing if I
can load it into GnuCash Pocket. I'll try generating some test data in
GnuCash Pocket and try exporting it back to the desktop as well. This
could take sometime as I am mid renovation on my apartment at the
moment and laying tiles.

The GnuCash Pocket documentation is non-existent at the momen. I think
the original GnuCash Android did CSV, OFX and QIF export.
