[GNC] Bug report or Request for Bugzilla account

Good Day, not sure if I need a BZ account or just report the bug but here
goes.  (Note I am not a strong Accountant/Bookeeping, so apologies for
errors terminology)

Bug:
 FX rate crashes system:
Replication:
      Create 2 accounts (Opening Balance; and Expenses); Expenses account
is in foreign currency ( mine is USD and FX is BZD)
       Enter Expense Account Entry (i.e. 10 Credit Expenses); Credit
Opening Balance;
       Enter;
       FX rate Engine Pops up; enter 2 as exchange rate (2BZD:1USD)
       Enter/OK
       Bug: GNUCash closes without report/saving/etc.
System: window 11
App 5.13 Build 2025-09-27

Attempts:
  Note: this was not a similar bug in earlier version (sorry don't rember,
but it was like 11/2024--maybe); I tried upgrading because I could not
update the Security Editor> Currencies >BZD > unclick "Get Online Quotes".
Will be trying to go back to that version.
  1. Existing File with data, from previous version: crashed
  2. Exported file with only accounts from previous version: crashed
  3. Created a new and account from new app: crashed
