[GNC] Upgrade problem on ver 5.13

Graham,

To get the nightly build for Windows
It is easy to go to https://code.gnucash.org/builds/win32/stable/ and
download the latest build ,which today is dated Nov 10.  Just like the
standard releases, it will automatically remove the currently installed
version.
