[GNC] column width help

Ken,
If you can get your cursor into the header at just the right spot you
should be able to drag a column wider. Most of the columns work like excel
except for that nasty last column. It's worth a try. I have not been
following the chain so I hope I'm not just repeating what you've already
done.
