[GNC] OFX/QFX download from BofA bites dust

Bank of America has gone exclusive with Quicken Direct connection as
download in OFX/QFX is no longer available - only MS Excel format. Their
portal displays following note:

 

Important update: Quicken file downloads no longer supported

You can now connect your account directly through Quicken without uploading
files.

To update your connection method, visit Quicken Support and follow the
instructions to enter your Bank of America login credentials.
