[GNC] OFX/QFX download from BofA bites dust

Sounds like time to boycott the BoA Constrictor.

PS  Last year in Washington State, Humana Medicare Insurance plans made 
some draconian changes and a large contingent of seniors in this area 
changed to a different insurer.  This year Humana reversed those changes 
in order to get those subscribers back.
