[GNC] Issue with Installation: libcuin76.dll Flagged as Malware.

Went to  update gnucash to 5.13.  It first deleted my 4.89 version.  Then when it installed Webroot flagged libcuin76.dll as containing malware and blocked it loading.  Now I’m left without gnucash.
