Uninstall v5.13 and reinstall v4.89 (BTW v4.89 never existed ... v4.14 was the last in that series) ... you can download 4.14 at https://sourceforge.net/projects/gnucash/files/gnucash%20(stable)/4.14/gnucash-4.14.setup.exe.

Went to  update gnucash to 5.13.  It first deleted my 4.89 version.  Then when it installed Webroot flagged libcuin76.dll as containing malware and blocked it loading.  Now I’m left without gnucash.
