[GNC] Issue with Installation: libcuin76.dll Flagged as Malware.

Installing GC 5.13 I had to previously uninstall the existing version and delete the gnucash directory . Then it worked properly.

Some dll of the previous version where not updated.
Curently, 5.13 works fine, for my simple usage.
