[GNC] Fidelity CSV files

Saying data is .csv JUST means the format is comma separated variables. 
But these variables are "positional", their order matters. The importer 
should have a way for you to specify how you want them switched around. 
But you'll need to discover that.

I'm a retired pro, so always skeptical. If I wanted to import I would 
FIRST do a small export (of known data) to .cvs and examine that (using 
a suitable  editor) to  see in which order the fields appear. That 
should be the same order wanted for import. SECOND I'd use the editor to 
look at the file coming from the external source to see in what order. 
Then I know the commands to give the field reordering part of the importer.
