[GNC] Fidelity CSV files

In looking at a CSV from Nov 1, the Quantity and Price columns are correct.
In looking at a CSV from Nov 16 and 23, the Quantity and Price headers are
in the same columns,
but the data in those two columns have been swapped. These are for
accounts with just USD holdings.
In looking at an account that is a mixture of USD and CAD holdings for Nov
23,
the header Quantity has the currency data (USD or CAD)
the header Currency has the price data
the header Price has the quantity data
