[GNC] Is there a GNUcash 64-bit?

GnuCash is already 64 bit.
Not sure why you are asking a chatbot for an answer you hope to be
correct. Those things are for 'entertainment purposes only'.
Unfortunately, I can't help further as I don't use Windows, but it
sounds like messing around with Winget might have affected the path
where GnuCash is looking to find Perl.
