[GNC] Is there a GNUcash 64-bit?

GnuCash is 64-bit??
Something in the software or installer or something(?) thinks that GnuCash
is 32-bit; it runs on my 64-bit Windows 10, but it installs in the
directory reserved for 32-bit applications.
