[GNC] GnuCash v5.13 doesn't start and I can't reach https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Bugzilla

Dear GnuCash,

 

1.

I tried to install GnuCash v5.13 on my Windows 11 machine, but I get this error
when starting it:

gnucash.exe - Entry Point Not Found

---------------------------

The procedure entry point clock_gettime32 could not be located in the dynamic
link library C:\Utilities\GnuCash\bin\libstdc++-6.dll.

OK   

 

 

2.

Worst still, when I went to https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Bugzilla the last
couple of days I am getting this error:

The connection has timed out

The server at wiki.gnucash.org is taking too long to respond.

*	The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a
few moments.
*	If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
*	If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make
sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.

 

3.

Please tell me you haven't been hacked?!?
