[GNC] GnuCash v5.13 doesn't start and I can't reach https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Bugzilla

We haven’t been hacked, but there are some AI bots that like to aggressively scrape our BZ instance and that locks up the MySQL database that also serves the wiki. We’ve had to shut off BZ to keep the wiki available.

clock_gettime is an indirect symbol in libstdc++. It’s a POSIX function provided on POSIX systems by the c runtime, but Microsoft’s C runtime doesn’t provide it. GnuCash doesn’t use it so it must be coming from one of the dependencies. I’ll have to grep all the sources and try to find it. At what point during startup does it crash?
