[GNC] Updated from 5.12 to 5.13 but cannot open GNUCASH any longer

Those errors are also reported in another thread titled "GnuCash v5.13 
doesn't start and I can't reach https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Bugzilla".

Though it does get a bit technical, you can follow along there.

In the meantime, you can fall back to 5.12 to get work done.
