While you can re-name the app as noted, you don't need to, as not only
is it shown in Finder Preview column, but also available from the
GnuCash > About GnuCash menu item while it is running.
The downside to adding the version number or renaming, is that when you
attempt to install a new version, you will not get the dialog to
'replace or keep both copies' of the app and will always get a new one
in addition to the old version. This may or may not be what you want.
