[GNC] Any reason reports are not stored in gnucash file ?

Does anyone happen to know if there is an enhancement request in 
bugs.gnucash.org asking for this feature?  I searched for it using

but could not find such a request.

This is indeed a Frequently Requested Enhancement, so I find it 
surprising that I am having such a hard time finding a prewritten 
reponse and a link to an enhancement request.
