[GNC] Any reason reports are not stored in gnucash file ?

I have read all of those bug reports. I made comments cross-referencing 
them to each other. Also, I have asked for enough access in Bugzilla to 
be able to edit those bugs and make them more visible.

Also, I have created a wiki page <https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Reports> 
as a jumping-off points for all topics related to GnuCash reports. I 
linked to bug 797124 from there. Hopefully this will make it easier for 
people searching the Wiki for "Reports" to find their way to bug 717124 
and other enhancement requests.
