[GNC] Migrating data

In addition to what GRH suggests, I'd treat this as an opportunity to 
start again with a new CoA and just opening balances / outstanding tx. 
Why? Because IIRC Peachtree imposed an account structure that very few 
people would choose for themselves these days and also, IIRC closed down 
periods monthly anyway.
